A well-equipped office complex has been constructed that houses the administration, PRO and accounts department that will manage the Ashram on a day-to-day basis. A reception, a lounge where guests can conduct discussions, an internet center for browsing and photocopying facilities has been constructed next to the Sri Kailasam complex.

It will be administered by a trained and professional manager and will cater to the needs of devotees staying in the Ashram. Separate stalls selling a wide variety of Ashram products, along with a canteen that serves soft drinks and light refreshments is also being constructed within the office complex.
